Does the 40% off campaign end 15 Oct or 31 Oct?

Hi, I want to upgrade my account and saw there's a 40% discount offer. 
But am unsure if the campaign ends today 15 Oct or if I can wait until 31 Oct to buy this offer? The advertisement on Zoom states both dates, it's confusing. Does anyone know? Thank you, Hanna

When I signed in to my basic account, a message appeared.
The message displayed to me stated that the due date was October 31.
I clicked on "Get Campaign" in the message, and on the screen that appeared, I set whether I wanted to pay monthly or lump sum, clicked on the shopping cart, and the campaign price for a one-year Pro license and a whiteboard option license was displayed.

If you see two different dates on the materials you viewed, please note that the campaign period may be different in your country or region. I live in Japan.

Note that the campaign information message seems to disappear the next time you sign in, so you will need to sign in and sign out repeatedly or sign in with a different device in order to see it again.
