Zoom phone AI companion

How do I turn on AI companion for Zoom phone? I have it on for Zoom video meetings but I don't understand how to turn it on for phone calls. Any suggestions?

You can enable call summary by following the steps outlined here: Using Call summary with AI Companion

Requirements for using Call summary with AI Companion

• Zoom Workplace Pro, Zoom Workplace Business, or Zoom Workplace Enterprise account
• Call summary with AI Companion enabled
• Zoom desktop app
  • Windows: 5.17.0 or higher
  • macOS: 5.17.0 or higher
  • Linux: 5.17.0 or higher
• Zoom mobile app
  • Android: 5.17.0 or higher
  • iOS: 5.17.0 or higher

Note: AI Companion may not be available for select verticals and select regional customers.
