Why don't meeting attendees receive meeting summary after meeting?

Why does the meeting host have to send the meeting summary manually?

If an AI Companion summary was generated in a meeting that I participated in, assuming the host is in my organization, I should get a copy in my AI Companion tab. There is no good reason this should not be the case today.

It slows us down having to ask for recordings/summaries after calls and waiting for that person to send them over.

Can we flag this and fix this?

It is up to the host whether to share the AI summary. I believe it may be possible for the host to enable in settings the AI to be shared with participants. That being said APIs could be used to share the summary automatically with designated attendees. Alternatively there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that integrates with the Zoom AI summary and can be used to share it.
