Multiple people speaking at once, causing AI Companion issues

We use AI companion to aid in keeping minutes of our board meetings. When multiple people speak at once, it's challenging to get accurate notes and summaries. Is there anything we can do to help with this in the AI Companion settings? Or do we just need to ensure that meeting attendees speak one at a time?

Is that even possible in a board meeting? ha ha  I am interested in trying AI to record the meetings and summarize also. Do you know if you can do the recording like normal and have that to do minutes from in case AI does not do the complete job you are looking for?
