Hello, I really hope you can help. Could someone please tell me or direct me to an article that explains why, when they are both connected to the same meeting, a host cannot launch the AI Companion, but only the alternative host can? I thought the host was the primary individual responsible for managing the meeting. Thank you!

Hey IsaPP, that sounds strange! While both hosts and alternative hosts should be able to launch AI Companion, there might be a temporary glitch. You could try restarting Zoom or having the host check their account settings for AI features.
