Is it possible to import a zoom recording that was registered on local instead of the cloud ?

Does anyone know if that is possible to import a zoom recording that was registered on the local instead of the cloud ?

In order to obtain a transcription of the meeting.

Hello,

Yes it is possible to import a zoom recording from your local computer to your zoom account. 

log in to your web portal > recordings & transcripts> click on More on the right corner of your recordings > choose upload

Thanks for your answer. But I can't see this option. The only button I see is "export" and not "import". 
My recording went to the local pc instead of the cloud and now I would like to have it on the cloud. Is that possible ? Maybe I'm not searching on the right place.

I just see the "export" button but not the "import" one on the right corner.
