Cannot Access AI Summary and it has not emailed it to me

I have a AI SUmmary that when I try to access it, it is greyed out and a green circle with a cross line shows up which does not allow me to click on link to get it.  Can someone assist me on why this is happen

Hi @PlannerPao! This may be happening because your meeting summary is not finished generating. How long ago was your meeting?

it was at 3:30 pm EST to 3:41 EST time and it is currently 4:39 EST.
