AI Companion Not Working

I have AI Companion up and running on another account so I know I know how to make it work. 

On one particular account no matter what I do I keep getting the following error message: One or more AI Companion features are disabled in your settings.

EXCEPT ITS NOT DISABLED

 

Anyone else have this issue or know of a solution?

  • Meeting ID / Phone Number
  • Impacted User(s)
  • Screenshots
  • Details
    • Date
    • Time
    • Duration
    • Errors

I have the same problem and no one at Zoom seems to care. Terrible customer service.

I’ve run into the same problem too everything looks enabled in my settings, but it still throws that same error. It’s pretty frustrating since it works fine on other accounts.
