cancel a non existent subscription

i asked for a basic 40 munite subscription and was billed for 2 months in a row; then I cannot have on line chat as I am on basic and cannot cancel what I should not have had in the first place

A paid subscription was cancelled four months ago, but I am still being charged every month. How do I stop this, and get a refund?
