While trying to upload videos to digital signage after selecting the video and uploading the same I always receive a "Transcoding Error". This started happening from a couple weeks back, earlier it was working great.

Hello @emach2036

Typically we see this when something on the affected PC is blocking the Digital Signage display process from launching. Please check the following to see if this is the reason for your transcoding issues:

  • Antivirus programs

  • IT security policies

  • Restricted Windows user permissions

Regards,

Brandon

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

Hello, @YaBoiB. We tried doing what you suggested from a non-corporate device and we still got the same error.

This only happens with videos, no matter the format we try when uploading them.

I'm attaching three files that sort of describe what is happening.

Before this situation, videos were uploaded very fast and the preview was also available. Now, neither the video nor its preview work, and if we click on 'save and continue', after uploading the video, Zoom Rooms shows a 'transcoding' message next to the new video.

Regardless of the time it takes, if we click on 'save' we get the transcoding error.

Looking forward to hearing back from you, as this has become a urgent matter withing our company.

Best

Raul
