Zoom phone acess

Are the Owner or Admin of your Zoom Phone Account? If not, then you should speak to that person.


In order to call externally, you should verify that you have a Calling Plan/Package associated with your Phone User account under Phone System Management > User & Rooms in the Zoom Web Portal at 

If you don't see something like "US/CA Unlimited" next to your name there, click Assign to the far-right of that row and select the Calling Package.


You should also have a phone number associated with your Phone User. If you don't see a Phone Number on that same row as above, go to Phone System Management > Phones Numbers > Unassigned ( ) and click Assign To next to the phone number there and then choose your User Name in the pop-up.
