Phone Api SMS - Missing Session Data

Hello,

Hoping this is the correct place to post my API question.

My team and I are developing a system that integrates with the Zoom Phone SMS API. The endpoints we use are:

Our sessions endpoint seems to be returning invalid data. Calls that return data today don't return data tomorrow. I have an integration test that requests data for a very thin timeframe on 9/11 (2.5 minutes) which should result in 1 session with 6 messages. This test started failing as of last Friday. This particular session has 3 participants. Another session we are testing with (that also has a thin timeframe - 17 seconds) only has 2 participants but is passing.

Note: Currently, we are using JWT and are in the process of upgrading to use S2S.

Following is the URL of the 9/11 call I mentioned.

https://api.zoom.us/v2/phone/users/abc124/sms/sessions?page_size=100&next_page_token=&from=2023-09-1...

My mention above regarding calls that return data today and don't tomorrow - this is something we are starting to see as well. Luckily we are still pre-prod.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark

Noticed the 'to' and 'from' dates were not included in my post above.

from=2023-09-11T17:20:00Z&to=2023-09-11T18:22:32Z

If we issue the same call but use the following 'to' and 'from' dates, we get what we expect during the 2.5 minute timeframe on 9/11.

from=2023-09-10T00:00:00Z&to=2023-09-231T00:00:00Z

But if we issue through 9/22, we don't get the expected data.

from=2023-09-10T00:00:00Z&to=2023-09-221T00:00:00Z

Thanks,

Mark
