Invalid token, unable to import .csv to Add 'External Contacts' in Company Info / Account Settings

Getting an 'Invalid Token' error when trying to upload .csv file to Add Contacts/import external contacts.

 

I made sure to downloaded the 'CSV Sample'  which I used to prepare the .CSV file that I'm trying to upload

 

I'm on a time crunch to complete the Zoom Phone setup for my organization by the end of the day and need help resolving.  Could someone please help me at your earliest convenience?

I was finally able to import the external contacts without getting the invalid token error and I'm sharing in hopes of helping others...the way to resolve this is to use an incognito browser, good luck!
