Hello, recently upgraded to NZ/AU Regional Unli Calling and I can't seem to make phone calls still to Melbourne. It says it's not available in my plan. Also, I have attached a screenshot here, there is no assigned number yet, can this be the cause of the issue? Not also sure if I have completed the setup on my end. Pls advise
You will need a Phone Number associated with your account to get it going. I would submit a ticket to obtain a number on the screenshot you attached. In the interim, you may have to elect a number that is not in Melbourne.
