Global change of Time zone

Hi all,

how can i change the time zone settings of an account globally for all users and NOT in a user by user Profile?

I do not believe this is possible. For user extensions one must go to the User Management/Users section of the portal and manually update each user. Might be possible to use the API to update time zones of users, but I haven't check if that is possible.

For Common Area phones, one has to do the same, though instead in Phone System Management/Users&Rooms/Common Area Phones.

You can update timezones for all users using APIs:

Otherwise, its a manual per user update
