Account Registered through Zoom Partner???

Is anyone having trouble contacting support via the phone number?? I just tried calling. We are a healthcare business account and have the ability to talk to technical support. However, today, I'm getting a recording that says, "our records indicate your account is registered through a Zoom partner, contact them for support" then hangs up. We are contracted directly through Zoom.

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new 

 

We’re volunteers here in the Zoom Community, and it doesn't seem like the sort of question you want to wait for an answer on, hoping that one of us knows the answer.
