Hi my account has been hacked 3 times now and the person keeps changing the passwordand i had to make a different account each time i was wondering. how to get that to stop?

Hi @LaurDeArmond13 I'm not sure how this is possible because they would need access to the email you provide each time you enter your email to change your password at https://zoom.us/forgot_password

  1. Enter your email address and verify the reCAPTCHA.
  2. Click Send.
  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  4. Click the link in the email and proceed to reset your password.
