exporting a registration list

Does anyone know how to export a registration list?

It used to be a simple thing.  But as of today, I am unable to find it. 
Here are the directions: 

  1. Access the Manage Registrants page.
  2. Click the Registrants tab.
  3. At the top of the page, click Download CSV here.
    You will be directed to the Analytics Registration & Ticketing page, and a Download CSV panel will appear with reports you can choose to download .

    The download CSV is not showing.
