Where is the button to deactivate automatic updates?

The last update screwed up my screen, which now randomly turns from video to white. No one can see me and I can't see anyone. I'm on a laptop.

Hello Nina

if you don't see the the button it could be that you installed the MSI Version of Zoom Client. It is also possible that it uses the registry EnableClientAutoUpdate and so you are not able to update your client. To avoid that please uninstall your Zoom client and download the new Zoom client as an exe File. With that installed you should be able to update your zoom client again.
