The auto save chat AND the manual save chat stopped working all of a sudden. Anybody know why?
are you apart of a Zoom business account? The admin of your account could have disabled saving chat globally on the account.
I work at a school, so I assume that I am part of a business account. Not 100% certain. How would I know if the admin change that setting. It was working up until last week.
I would reach out to that Admin or your IT dept. The setting when logged into Zoom is under accountsettingsmeeting settingsunder chat. If you are not an admin you won’t see account settings but here is an image of where the setting is.
