Recording retrieval


Hi there


I recently had my subscription cancelled as my credit card details changed. I updated them and retrieved all my account settings including recordings I had. A week later my account reset to a basic setting and I could not retrieve any recordings. I had to sign up for the same package again. None of my recordings are available to me even though it's the same username and account package as previously.

Is there a way I can get my recordings back.

On your case, I would suggest that you log a problem with Zoom Support at so the Techs can check your account backend and they may proposed some recommendations/solutions for you.
