I have a paid zoom room account that allows up to 100 people. It has worked great for probably hundreds of meetings I've had with large and small groups.
Last week I had a meeting with about 6 people, and one person got kicked out for "time limit" and then was unable to log back in. The rest of us kept going, and I had no idea he was locked out. I have never had this happen before.
It sounds like Zoom was treating him as though he was the meeting host with a free account (that allows only shorter meetings). He works for a state government, so I don't know if that could introduce issues?
This was very alarming and disruptive. Any help?
Thanks!
