Meeting Reports

I am trying to figure out how to run “activity” reports from a meeting.  I am only an Admin on the account, and only have a “basic” (free) license.  I have a user that is wanting “a full usage report that shows which participants went into each breakout room” for a meeting they had on 9/14/2021.  Is this type of report available?  I wasn’t truly finding what they wanted and think that maybe that type of report is only available to the Owner?  Or, is there a way for the user with the actual meeting license to pull the report(s)?  Any direction would be truly appreciated.  Thank you.

Unfortunately, Zoom's reporting does not include Breakout room assignments and usage. The host would need to keep track of that while in the meeting.
