Do someone know if I how admin can I see the MAC address of the devices connected to my meeting?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @ReneCarrion.

 

Not in Zoom.  There's no reason for Zoom to capture MAC addresses, since those are used primarily on the LOCAL network.  All of Zoom's communication is over TCP/IP, so only IP addresses are relevant.  Even so, there's no reason for the Zoom server to forward you the IP addresses of other participants, so even the IP addresses aren't available.
