Is it bad to not update zoom?

It wouldn't necessarily be bad, but you miss out on new features as well as any bug fixes that may have occurred on previous versions. The most updated version is the best to be on and gives a quality experience as Zoom is constantly updating and upgrading their software to better serve the end user experience. I hope this helps!
