Interpretation after upgrading

Hello ,

After creating a new account and upgrading it to PRO VERSION, we are still not able to activate interpretation. What's the reason please ?

Which is the interpretation you are referring to in the diagram? Which is it?

"Live transcription" or "Language interpretations" ?
