Changing/Adding Filters

We previously could add/edit filters to personalize/brand  ourselves during meetings.  I no longer see the add filter button.

Same here - I posted a more detailed question, because people confuse "Backgrounds" with "Filters". I used one of the colorizing filters, and they seem to be gone.
