Annotations when someone else screen shares

I used to be able to annotate when someone shared their screen with me. Has that feature been removed? I only see it now when I share my screen.

Can you confirm that the host of the meeting does not have the 'Disable Annotation for Others' function enabled?

If you are the host, can you check for this while sharing?
