Account menu on Ubuntu 22.04 doesn't position right

On a Dell Latitude E6230, running Zoom 5.11.10 (4400) on Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS with Wayland, the account/program menu (as opposed to the settings menu) insists on opening upwards of the button on screen, and not within the bounds of the screen.

Eg. If I have the Zoom window maximised, and I click on the program/profile menu in the top right of Zoom window, I only see the bottom couple of rows

If I move the window, so the top edge of Zoom is at the bottom of my screen, then I can view the profile/program menu.

Expected behaviour is that Zoom would recognise available display area (1366x768) and work within that, rather than having to drag program window down.
