You can help make Zoom even better by sharing your thoughts on your product experience. Your account owners or administrators just need to enable the Feedback to Zoom feature, which adds a feedback option in the Zoom desktop and mobile applications. We will use the insights we gather to enhance our services and products.

 

Note: Zoom does not use any customer audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments, or other communication-related content (such as poll results, whiteboard, and reactions) to train Zoom’s or its third-party artificial intelligence models and feedback will still be reviewed for potential future release.
