Have different users for Zoom and Hubspot - can't connect the two

Trying to migrate to Hubspot, want to install Zoom into Hubspot. However, Zoom doesn't recognize me as having Zoom permissions, Hubspot recognizes my permissions. We have an API connector account that Zoom does recognize but Hubspot does not.
