Educators Setting

Hi!

My sister want to create a Zoom account for her school by using Google.

But, my sister accidentally press the wrong button...

She pressed the Educators button at the bottom while she is signing in...

And, now... 

She can't log in.. 

If she login using her email, she will be asked to provide educators settings.

Help Please!

Hi - when signing up for zoom with my google id, I by mistake clicked on the educator setting.  I could not back out.  So I tried to send an email to my husband so that he can decline the workflow, but there is no option to decline.  Can you pl disable the educator setting?  Many thanks!
