zoom subscription cancellation doesnt appear in my credit card transaction detail

Hi, i have an issue with the subscription cancellation. I cancelled the subscription at jan 19 2023, but until february 28 2023, the refund (credit to that cancellation) still doesnt appeared in my credit card transaction detail. How many days is the refund/cancellation to be appeared? Please someone with the same problem could help me. Thank you

thast just your subcription cancelled, not your lisence cancel, or product cancelation, so they dont refund , subscription is for they to billed you in next month or year,
