If the subscription ends, will I still have access to the video recordings? If I renew the subscription, will the video recordings disappear?

Hi @Kseniaks, thank you for posting to the Zoom Community!

 

Canceling your paid base plan means you'll lose access to your cloud recordings. These recordings are scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after cancellation. If you need to keep them, be sure to subscribe to a plan with cloud recording within that 30-day window or download your recordings before the plan ends.
