I understand you’d like a refund for your subscription. As stated in Zoom’s Terms of Service, all subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable once processed. To prevent future charges, you can cancel your subscription and your paid plan(s) will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you’d like assistance cancelling, please submit a request to Zoom Billing.

In UK consumer regulation I believe you are required to notify in adance when renewal due. I received no such notification. In that event I believe you are required to accept cancellation and refund on at least a prorata basis.

If you have not already done so, I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. This is a case-by-case situation and our specialists will need to access your account to provide an answer to your question. Should your country have a law surrounding auto-renewal clauses such as cooling-off periods, a refund may indeed be possible.

Hello,
I activated an annual subscription plan on June 27th, 2024. I didn't remember to cancel my subscription before June 27th, 2025, so the subscription was automatically renewed. I need to cancel the subscription and a sum of $171.89 was debited from my account. I need to cancel the subscription immediately and get a refund because I already have another Zoom account subscribed and running. I already know how to cancel but I need to know how to proceed with the refund.
I will be very glad if you can assist me with this.
