I'm very sorry, but I forgot that I need to cancel the subscription because your service withdraws money in advance.
So please return the $18 back, please
We periodically use the service and are very satisfied that you will not lose a client

Didn't need $200 workspace sub more than a month to talk to tech once. Just got charged again. Can i cancel and get that refunded please?

I understand you’d like a refund for your subscription. As stated in Zoom’s Terms of Service, all subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable once processed. To prevent future charges, you can cancel your subscription and your paid plan(s) will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you’d like assistance cancelling, please submit a request to Zoom Billing.
