please I want a refund


 I think  about 2 years ago, I subscribed to Zoom service.

however, I haven't used it much and I didn't get any notification for a renewal. 

and it looks like you guys charged me for another one year service on September 2nd. 

I didn't recieve any notification for this transaction and i have never used . 

so please  give me a refund  and I cancelled my credit card information on Paypal in case I get charged again for something i am not aware of.   let me know if  I need to register the same  card number on Paypal to get a refund.
