Hello! I have a problem with use of my PRO account I'm paying since December, But I used it only once, Because my usual Basic account is also registerd to the same facebook. Can I acess it just with my email and a new password without facebook? Because Facebook is redirecting me always to the Basic account. But Im paying every month. Such a dissapointment... Hoping for your help!

hey @ramans, you can do any of these.
1. Delete your PRO account and upgrade your usual Basic account to PRO.
2. Just use your email and password you used to register your PRO account with.

The problem - I can not acess my PRO account the pro-billing-mail is redirecting me to Facebook connected to the Basic account
