On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

how to restore paid initial subscription Pro from basic Pro?

hi, I had an invoice paid yesterday for 16 $, for the period till Jan 10th
then I wanted to cancel my subscription, system suggested to downgrade plan to basic plus, I made it by mistake. then I've cancelled subscription again - but!
instead of cancelling my subscription from Jan 10th (I thought it will be basic pro starting from Jan 10th and I'm cancelling this plan) it downgraded me from Pro to basic pro and canceled this subscription. Now situation:
I paid 16 $ and have basic pro for 6$ expiring on Jan 10th.
so the question - what to do to have Pro till Jan 10th?
