I have the following message on our accounts, we're fully lic.:
Your cloud recording storage is full. Cloud recording will be disabled on Jan 18, 2023. View Details
View details doesn't explain much.
Question:
Will ALL cloud recordings be disabled or will it be reduced space? I just signed up for Splain for google drive to remove the recordings (transferring to gdrive) as soon as they finish the meeting etc.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @caz1.
This is sort of billing-related, but I'll attempt a general answer for you.
I think the message means that you will be prevented from starting any additional Cloud Recordings on that date. I'm guessing that your billing date corresponds to the date mentioned, and you'll likely be charged for any overage based on this Zoom Support article:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360060661511-Cloud-recording-storage-capacity
I think -- but can't promise -- that your current recordings will remain accessible, and you'll probably continue to be charged for the over-usage. My recommendation would be to find the largest recording that is the least important and move it to trash. You could temporarily recover recordings from the trash if you needed to access them.
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360048488451-Deleting-local-or-cloud-recordings
Similar to what you're doing, I have DropBox copy all my Zoom recordings immediately, and I move any recordings that I don't plan to share to the trash, keeping only those that I need to share with others.
If you need more information: Because this is a public forum, we do not handle billing related questions here. Please submit a support ticket to our Billing team here and they will be able to assist you.
