How can you change your email login when the previous email account no longer exists? Support will only respond to the old email address.

Rachel Gomez, I follow your steps above however the system wants to send a code to the email address I no longer have access to.  My instructions are to contact support.  My plan does not allow technical support.  ???  Are there other options to address this very simple change.  I prefer not to create a new account for myself.
