I have a paid monthly subscription for Zoom. I changed my email address, including on Zoom. The problem is that I cannot access my old email address, so now I cannot use Zoom.
Please help! We have a meeting tonight at 7:00 p.m. EDT

Unfortunately, @NYCZOOM, you have to contact Zoom Support with both email addresses and explain the details of your situation in a Support Ticket here:

I know the time for your meeting has gone by, but hopefully you can get your account assigned to your new email address with the help of Zoom Staff. Many of us in the Zoom Community are volunteers with no access to account information, and even Zoom Staff would have to pass a request like this on to the Support Staff.
