I want to reduce the number of licenses on my Business account from 20 to 1. How do I do this?   

A happy customer is defined as someone who gets their questions answered quickly!

I am not able to reach anyone at Zoom. I have filed multiple tickets and tried to reach our PoC Brian Warren directly. Not getting any replies. Please help.
