On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hi! My problem is that for the last 2 or 3 months, Zoom cloud recording function stopped working since the volume of the recorded sessions has exceeded the paid plan (50 Gb instead of the allowed 5 Gb). When I went to the "invoices" section, it says that i need to pay for the last month only (March) - my tariff is Pro which is 17 dollars. 

 

My question is - will the function of the recordings to the cloud start working again after paying the bill. How come that there were 50Gb that were still recorded with my tariff and why it suddenly stopped working exactly 2,5 months ago (in January) 

 

What should I do  now? I still need to have my tariff saved and obviously I need to have an opportunity to record the sessions (while 5 Gb are quickly filled)
