Zoom took money from my bank account with authorisation

Zoom took payment for an annual subscription which I did not sign up for. They offered me the free trial, which I accepted, then sent me an email declining to offer me the free trial. So I joined under the monthly subscription and then zoom removed a full year's subscription from my bank account without my permission.

 

I have contacted google play and zoom, zoom have ignored my report and google play have declined to refund.

 

This is 100% outright theft and fraud

If you cannot see the subscription in your Google subscription list, please make sure you are looking at the correct Google account. If you have multiple Google accounts, please check them all individually to see if any of them is subscribed to an annual plan.

 

That said, since you are already in contact with our support staff through a ticket, I suggest that you continue to work with our specialists through the ticket.
