Zoom stopped recording in icloud and billing to subscribe licenses

Hello, everyone

 

Please help me know why the recording is no longer available in icloud but to my computer only? To increase the storage why does am I charged for 10 licenses (ten license $1999.00 annually) while I am the one controlling zoom meeting? It does not make any sense.
