On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Zoom Workplace Pro billing question

Hello!  I just went to update my subscription to Workplace Pro.  I need it for 4 months, which it is saying is $15.99/mo.  so when I put that in the cart, then it is saying Total $63.96, and then below it says "Next charge Date Mar 17, 2025".  If it's only $15.99/mo why would they charge me $63.96 up front?  I am fine paying the total amount due right now, but I don't want to keep getting charged each month... if that makes sense.

Please check if you've added a different subscription or add-ons, as only the price of the Pro plan should appear in the cart. Advanced orders aren't allowed, so you should only see the price for 1 month or 1 year of the Pro plan.
