Hello Team, I am upset with my Zoom Renewal. I was sent 25% Discount email upon 1 year renewal. I was charged full price on renewal. 
 
Please respond and refund 25%.

This also happened to me, but Zoom automatically charged me for a year long's subscription without my consent, and keeps charging me on a monthly basis. I will need to start a lawsuit if this is not reverted, because this is infringing my rights.
