I sent in November to Zoom billing staff, to stop my zoom account.

I did not get any answer.

Today, i found an email with an invoice deducting monthly payment for the zoom room to renew.

I did not agree for this payment, and were not asked before if i want to renew or not.

I was paying Annual payment, why now deducting monthly payment?

I want a refund of this payment.
