Zoom Account gone after renewing subscription.

Hello,
I just renewed my zoom subscription to pro, and immediately after, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. I am now unable to log back in and get access to my account, I was kicked out of, and every attempt to contact support using other accounts has resulted in being told that these accounts do not exist. I simply am not able to reach support at all by now. I've tried for over an hour now, even via phone.
This situation is extremely frustrating as I am now left without access to my account or the service I paid for. I urgently need a resolution. Does anyone know how I can restore my account access or process a refund for the subscription amount?
I am relying on Zoom for critical purposes, and this issue is causing significant disruption.

I am having the same issue. It insists on logging me in thru Facebook, but that takes me to the wrong fb account and so I am only getting 40 minute sessions as if I haven't paid. I keep going round and round in circles with the AI messages. I want to speak to a real person and get it sorted. I am so disappointed and frustrated that it is not working properly. This will affect my business. It was fine on Wednesday and is not now

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @PennyTW3! I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Please try logging off on all of the Facebook accounts on your browser and try to log back in. You may also try to open a web browser and go to zoom.us/forgot_password. Enter your email address, verify the reCAPTCHA, and click Send. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link in the email, enter your new password, confirm it, and save. Once done, you should be able to log into the Zoom web portal successfully.
