Will changing email/username cause any problems with existing scheduled meetings?

I'm looking to update a member of staff's email address/login ID on their zoom account however they already have several meetings scheduled and a few more accepted as attendees.  If they update their account email and login ID, will this cause any problems with their existing meeting schedule?  What I'm trying to avoid is a scenario where their existing meetings are wiped out or if they go to start a meeting and it's no longer on their account.

Thanks!

I contacted support and got an answer. Sharing the dialogue below. Hope this helps others!

-- Me: I want to change the email address of an existing zoom account with scheduled meetings to another email address, but I want to ensure those scheduled meetings won't be canceled/affected when I change the user's email. Will changing email/username cause any problems with existing scheduled meetings?

-- Agent: No it won't cause any problem.

-- Me: Ok, great. So I can change the email on her account and still retain the same meeting ID and host key for existing scheduled meetings?

--Agent: Yes that is correct.

I have this exact question! Have you received an answer from Zoom or anyone?

If you're planning to update a staff member's email address or login ID on their Zoom account, the good news is that this change won't affect their existing meetings. Zoom meetings are tied to the user account itself, not the email address. So, once the email is updated, all their scheduled meetings and attendee invitations will remain intact. They will still have access to their meetings and can host or attend them as usual.

To avoid confusion, it's always a good idea to remind the staff member to notify anyone who has their old email saved for meeting invites. ZoomMaster (nickname example) can easily continue managing and attending meetings without disruptions after the email update!
